A car crash occurred early this morning in Lawrence County, according to the Fallsburg Volunteer Fire Department.

The crash occurred early this morning just down the hill from Spankem Branch on Big Cat Fork.

Officials confirmed two cars collided into each other and both drivers were taken to a nearby hospital in Louisa.

The condition of the drivers is unknown at this time.
