A man out of Magoffin County has recently signaled that he intends to change his plea in a federal child pornography case.

54-year-old David Keith Jackson, of Salyersville, was indicted in March on two-counts of receiving, and one-count of possessing child pornography.

Jackson was scheduled to go to trial later this month. On Monday, his attorney requested that he be re-arraigned in the case.

It is not known at this time if a plea deal has been worked out.
