Robert Edward Stepp, age 80, of Eastern, KY, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY. He was born April 30, 1942 in Delbarton, WV, a son of the late Adren Jack and Ruby Ethel Brown Stepp.

A memorial service will be Monday, November 14, 2022 at 2:00 at Hall Funeral Home, visitation will be from 11:00 am till time of service
