He was born at Hazard, KY on October 7, 1951 to John D. Jones and Ethel Napier Jones.

Funeral services for Irvin Jones will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Friday, November 18, 2022, at

2:00PM with Ricky Smith, Randall Short and Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Cemetery at Dwarf,

KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Thursday evening from 6PM to 9PM with additional services at 7PM.
