Shannon Lynn Perry, age 46 of Leburn, Kentucky. Went to be with our Lord on Friday, November 11, 2022, at her residence in Leburn, Kentucky. She was born on July 11, 1976, in Hazard, Kentucky to David & Linda Adams Couch.

The family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM, Tuesday November 15, 2022, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY anytime until 10PM on Wednesday with services each evening at 7PM.

Funeral services will be 12PM, Thursday November 17, 2022, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel with Jamie Hughes & Darren Slone Officiating. Burial to follow at the Mountain Memory Gardens, Hindman KY. Shannon will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
