Stella Zene Risner Rowe age 78 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at the Salyersville Health Care Center in Salyersville, Kentucky.  She was born December 05, 1943 at Gullett Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Sam and Minnie Rose Arnett Risner.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Patrick, Dallas Patrick, and Arbadella Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Harlan Rowe Family Cemetery at Down & Around, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Monday, November 28, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
