David Smallwood, 73, of Williamson, WV, passed away Tuesday morning, November 29, 2022, in the emergency room of the Tug Valley Regional Medical Center. David was born May 4, 1949, in Greenville, Mississippi, the son of the late Dorothy Nell Smallwood Steger.
