Janel Lynn Mullins, age 41 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born September 26, 1981 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Mitchell Jay Meadors and Mary Elste Weaver.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.

Burial will follow at Patton Cemetery, Arkansas Creek, Martin, Kentucky.
