Herbert Garrett Marshall, age 71 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born November 30, 1951 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Orpha & Angie Marshall.

Visitation will begin Monday, December 5, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Tuesday, December 6, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Roy Haley officiating.

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
