The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a woman wanted for murder.

39 year old Danielle Kelly was indicted on November 18 by a Laurel County grand jury. She has been charged with one count of murder and three counts of first-degree assault.

According to officials, Kelly was operating a vehicle while under the influence back in September 2021. This resulted in a crash that killed 44 year old Tiffany Smith of London who was a passenger in Kelly’s vehicle.

An investigation into the incident led law enforcement to discover that Kelly was under the influence of illegal narcotics.
