Officials responded to a domestic violence call at Mount Morgan Apartments on Tuesday, December 6th.

 

23-year-old Dylan Jarvis was arrested upon their arrival.

 

Jarvis stands accused of assaulting a woman with a knife. The woman in question is said to have received minor injuries.

 

According to police, two juveniles are said to have been in the apartment at the time of the assault.

 

Jarvis is charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and alcohol intoxication.

 

He is currently being held in the Whitley County Detention Center.
