Several DUI And Felony Arrests Made

An update from the Kentucky State Police:

 

Two Kentucky State Troopers made multiple DUI and felony arrests.

 

White Plains, Ky: On Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, Troopers from Post 2 Madisonville conducted a pre-approved traffic safety checkpoint on Highway 62 at the Muhlenberg and Hopkins County line. During the checkpoint, Maurice Summers (51) of Graham, Kentucky was arrested for DUI and Drug Trafficking. Maurice Summers was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail being charged with DUI, Trafficking Marijuana, Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense (greater than 2 grams of methamphetamine), Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), and multiple other traffic and misdemeanor drug offenses. 

 

Central City, Ky: On Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, Trooper Alec Winters observed a pickup truck in Central City with no registration plate. Trooper Winters attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle, but it began to flee. The pursuit went through Central City before coming to an end outside of South Carrolton. The operator was identified as Aubrey Gunn (41) of White Plains, Kentucky.  Andrea Conrad (31) of Nebo, Kentucky was a passenger in the vehicle. Gunn and Conrad both had outstanding warrants for their arrest. Through investigation, Gunn was found to be under the influence and in possession of suspected drugs. In addition, Gunn and Conrad were both convicted felons and in possession of a firearm. Trooper Winters was assisted by the Central City Police Department and their K9 Kilo.      

Aubrey Gunn was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Jail and charged with multiple traffic and misdemeanor offenses as well as, Fleeing or evading police 1st degree (motor vehicle), DUI 2nd offense (aggravating circumstances), Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (Methamphetamine, Firearm enhanced), and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Andrea Conrad was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Jail and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Both subjects were also served with Hopkins County arrest warrants.

 

Nortonville, Ky: – On Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, Trooper Ridge Porter observed a gray passenger car traveling Northbound on the Pennyrile Parkway at a high rate of speed. Trooper Porter initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. Allan Rebolledo (22) of Miami, Florida was the operator of the vehicle. Through investigation, Rebolledo was found to be under the influence and in possession of suspected drugs. Rebolledo was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail and charged with multiple traffic offenses as well as, DUI 1st offense, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (cocaine).
