Jessica Ann Moore, age 41 of Wheelwright, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at McDowell ARH, McDowell, Kentucky. She was born July 7, 1981 in Lexington, Kentucky to Judy Ann Collins Moore & the late Carroll Moore.

Visitation will begin Monday, December 19, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Tuesday, December 20, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Chuck Hall officiating

Burial will follow at Moore Cemetery, Hi Hat, Kentucky
