Billy Ray Endicott, age 44 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022 at the University of Louisville Medical Center. He was born July 2, 1978 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Ezra & Geraldine Burchett Endicott. He was the companion of Kimberly Wright. He was a greaser for KY Fuels. Along with his companion he is survived by his Son: Braydon Ray Endicott of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Daughter: Kaylee Dawn Chaffins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Sister: Donna Endicott of Ewing, Kentucky; Aunt: Mitzi Slone of Wayland, Kentucky; Cousins: Casey & Cody Justice; Grandmother: Gertrude Sturgill Gibson; A Host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family & Friends. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bill Collins officiating
