A man out of Pike County is now facing several drug-trafficking charges, following a search of his home last week.
State Police approached the home of 37-year-old Steven Cody Adkins, of Wolfpit Branch Road, and received permission to search the residence.
While inside, troopers discovered meth, prescription medications, and over five-pounds of marijuana, along with guns, cash, and trafficking materials.
Adkins was placed under arrest and charged with six-counts of trafficking alongside a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released on a partially-secured $10,000 cash bond.
