Officials with the Elliott County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.

William Shawn “Willie” Kilgore is said to have been seen at his home on Tuesday, December 20th. Kilgore is described as standing 6’0” tall with sandy blonde hair.
