Harlan and Sunshine Fire Departments responded to a call from Harlan ARH on Monday.

 

The call itself was said to be a fire-alarm activation. Upon their arrival, firefighters failed to find any smoke or fire. What they did happen to discover was a busted sprinkler system that was in the process of pouring water into the basement.

 

Diversion dams were set up by both fire departments as a means of keeping the water away from nearby offices. There is currently no word as to whether or not anything received serious damage.

 

ARH maintenance staff are currently working to fix the issue.
