David Chaffins, age 47 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 at his residence. He was born August 30, 1975 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Howard & Helen Marie Delong Chaffins.

Visitation will begin Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 6pm at the church

Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 at 11am at Endicott Freewill Baptist Church, Prestonsburg, Kentucky with Mark Hunt & Bill Collins officiating

Burial will follow at Morrison Family Cemetery, Buffalo, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
