Elsie Slone, age 94, of Pippa Passes, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at Hazard Appalachian Reg.

Med. Ct. in Hazard, KY.

She was born at Garrett, KY on March 15, 1928 to Rant Bolen and Bertha Chaffins Bolen.

Funeral services for Elsie Slone will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Saturday, January 7, 2023 at

11:00AM with Kelly Slone and others officiating. Burial will follow at the Huff Family Cemetery at Pippa Passes, KY.

Visitation will be held at the Chapel Thursday and Friday evenings after 6:00PM with additional services each

evening at 7:00PM.
