He was born at Hindman, KY on December 15, 1956 to Carter Hicks and Polly Ritchie Hicks.

Funeral services for Homer Hicks will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Wednesday, January 18, 2023

at 11:00AM with Ricky Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Hicks and Combs Cemetery at Emmalena, KY.

Visitation will be held at the Chapel Tuesday evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM with a Singing Service at 7:00PM.
