Irene Bowen Honeycutt, age 72, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Hazard ARH.

Irene was born November 7, 1950 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Morgan Bowen, Jr. and Mary Jane Hayden Bowen.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Tuesday, January 24, 2023 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Jim McKenzie officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowen Cemetery, Volga, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2023 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, January 24, 2023.
