An update from the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office:

 

Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Stephen Walker along with Detective Taylor McDaniel arrested Brittany Gregory age 38 of Alan Lewis Rd., East Bernstadt on Monday morning January 30, 2023 approximately 11:50 AM.

The arrest occurred off Charles Johnson Lane, approximately 10 miles north of London while the Sheriff’s office was conducting an investigation there. This individual was determined to be under the influence and wanted on outstanding warrants.

Brittany Gregory was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances. In addition this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. Also, the subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license. In addition, the subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license.

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
