Jose Daniel Vazquez, age 13 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023 in Allen, Kentucky. He was born February 2, 2009 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Eugene Vazquez and the late Paula Burchett Vazquez.

Visitation will begin Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and will continue all day Sunday, February 12, 2023

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 13, 2023 at 11am the Betsy Layne Dome, Betsy Layne, Kentucky with Bill Collins officiating

Burial will follow at Fairchild Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky
