An Eastern Kentucky man was arrested Thursday night on an outstanding warrant after fleeing from police

Deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Justin Moore of London last night after being dispatched to a call concerning a man acting out of control. 

When deputies arrived, the suspect ran out of the residence, across the roadway and into the woods until he was captured by police. 

Police discovered that Moore was wanted on an outstanding warrant during their investigation.

Moore was charged with fleeing or evading police. He was also charged on a warrant of arrest charging him of failing to appear in court on charges of public intoxication of controlled substances, 2nd degree criminal trespassing, and 2nd degree possession of a controlled substance.

Moore was placed in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
