Loretta F. Ousley, age 82 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Kentucky. She was born February 25, 1940 in Risner, Kentucky to the late Edwin & Clara Adkins Frasure.

Visitation will begin Friday, February 10, 2023 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Scott Tackett officiating

Burial will follow at Jason Oulsey Cemetery, Stephens Branch, Martin, Kentucky
