The Prestonsburg Police Department released their activity report for January.

In January, the Prestonsburg Police Department responded to 640 calls for service, which includes collisions, motor assist, fights, disturbances, and other incidents.

The police department also responded to 31 accidents, issued 122 traffic violations, handled 20 criminal cases, and conducted 315 business checks and school walkthroughs.
