The Floyd County Health Department announced that Healthy Living with Diabetes will be hosting a free education workshop Thursday, March 2nd at the Martin Senior Center

The workshop is free and will provide the latest information on how diabetics can better control their diabetes. Topics discussed will be how to develop a healthy eating and activity plan, tips on taking medications, and how to reduce your risks for short and long-term complications.
