An update from the City of London Police Department:
An improper use of a dealer plate led to a traffic stop in which a London man was found to be driving on a DUI suspended license and in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Donnie Jean Patterson, 49, of Twin Valley Road, London, was arrested by London Police Officer Jared Hale at 4:24 p.m. on Hal Rogers Parkway.
