The Floyd County Detention Center announced they have open positions available for guards and clerks.

The guard and clerk positions are full and part-time, with overtime available as well. Salary is based on experience and the positions come with a retirement plan. 

Applications can be picked up at the Floyd County Detention Center, which is located at 151 South Central Avenue in Prestonsburg.
