Whitley County Man Arrested Following Armed Robbery Complaint

An update form the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department:

 

On 2/5/2023, Chief Deputy Tony Dingess was dispatched to an armed Robbery Complaint on Mud Creek Rd in Southern Whitley County. The victim reported his vehicle was stolen at gun-point. Chief Deputy Dingess arrived and conducted an investigation. Major Dingess was able to locate the stolen vehicle in the area and return the property to the victim. Two suspects were quickly identified. One adult male was arrested on 2/15/23 by Deputy Jarrett Carr, Deputy Brentley Patrick, and Lieutenant David Lassiter. On 2/23/23, A male juvenile suspect was located and detained by Deputy Tim Baker and Deputy Jonas Saunders. The juvenile is lodged at Breathitt County Detention Center.

 

Quentin Perry, age 40 of Williamsburg, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree, and Robbery 2nd Degree.
