
Floyd County Fiscal Court announced that a SKYWARN Weather Spotter Class will take place at Floyd County Emergency and Rescue on Tuesday, April 4th from 6pm to 8pm.
The SKYWARN Weather Spotter Class preps individuals on becoming a SKYWARN spotter. Spotters provides vital reports to the National Weather Service. Spotters serve their local community by providing valuable and reliable information to the community when dangerous storms approach.
This class is free, open to the public and does not require registration.
