She was born at Fisty, KY on July 8, 1932 to Andrew Combs and Perry Lee Combs.

Funeral services for Winifred Combs Fugate will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Sunday, March 5,

2023, at 2:00PM with Ricky Smtih and Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Combs Cemetery at Fisty, KY.

Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Saturday evening from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.
