The City of Pikeville is currently looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist.

Those with the city said they are seeking highly-motivated and experienced candidates for the positions.

The I.T. Support specialist must perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in the installation of new and existing personal devices and workstations.

Requirements for the position include: a valid driver’s license, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ certifications required as well. All candidates must pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
