The Floyd County Health Department announced that the Floyd County Diabetes Coalition will be hosting a Diabetes Alert Day at the Big Sandy Community and Technical College in Prestonsburg on Tuesday, March 28th from 10am to 1pm.

The event will have diabetes risk assessments, free A1C checks, healthy food samples. diabetes information and support and door prizes.
