Debbie Faye Campbell, age 64 of Sitka, Kentucky passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at the Paintsvillle ARH Hospital. Born May 12, 1958 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Elzie Caudill and Reva Click Caudill.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Sunday, February 19, 2023 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Burke Cemetery at Hager Hill, Kentucky. David Blevins will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00-9:00pm and on Sunday after 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm.
