Betty Jean Elswick Branham 92 of Bent Branch Pikeville, KY passed from this earthly life Friday March 31, 2023 at her residence.

Betty was born Tuesday January 6, 1931 in Pike County, KY a daughter of Kenis Elswick and Dixie Charles Elswick. Betty was retired after 27 years with G.C. Murphys and she was a member of Pikeville Freewill Baptist Church.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents Kenis Elswick and Dixie Charles Eslwick; her husband Link Howard Branham; her son Jason Randall Branham, and her daughter in-law Patti Kay Stepp Branham; four brothers John Elswick, Truman Elswick, Fonso (Ruth) Elswick, and Fred Elswick; three sisters Ruby Elswick, Garnet (Clayton) Blackburn, and Opal (Edward) Smith; and one granddaughter Kristi Lynn Branham.

Betty was survived by her sons Randall Howard Branham of Dandridge, TN, and Danny Bruce (Elizabeth) Branham of Meta, KY; four grandchildren Chadwick Matthew (Alyssa) Branham, Krystal Ann (Jeffrey Wood) Branham, Kelly Michelle (Andre) Blackburn, and Kayla Dawn (Phillip) Fields; and five great grandchildren Gracie Lynn Fields, Delilah “Pickle” Rae Fields, Elizabeth “Elly” Rayne Wood, Mia Rose Blackburn, and Harper Gray Branham.

Betty leaves behind a host of family and friends to mourn her passing.

Betty Jean Elswick Branham will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
