The Floyd County Board of Education will be hosting a narcan training event at Betsy Layne High School tomorrow at 5 pm

Those who attend the event will be trained on how to administer nasal narcan as well as receive information on how to obtain narcan.

Narcan is used to prevent narcotic and opioid overdoses in emergency situations.

The narcan training event is free and open to the public. Free narcan kits will be provided.
