A Johnson County man who is the final defendant in a Johnson County meth conspiracy case plans to enter a guilty plea.

30 year old Aaron Tyler Welch of Van Lear was indicted last September with 36 year old Samantha Nichole Daniels of Nippa on federal conspiracy to distribute over 500 grams of meth and possession with intent to distribute charges.

Daniels pled guilty to the conspiracy charge in January with her sentencing scheduled for later this month.

Welch admitted in a signed plea agreement that he bought multiple pounds of meth and would resell the meth to users and dealers in the area.

Welch has a hearing scheduled for Thursday to enter his guilty plea.
