One person in Harlan County was flown to the hospital Sunday after sustaining a gunshot to the leg at a gas station in Evarts.

According to Kentucky State Police, the incident occurred at the Sunoco gas station in Evarts. Police say the suspect has been arrested

Also according to the police, the shooting was between two men who were in an argument in the parking lot. The incident is believed to be an isolated incident.
