Destiny La“Tessa” Smith, age 21 of Leburn, Kentucky, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday April 18, 2023, in Leburn, Kentucky She was born on April 2, 2002, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Paul Smith and the late Brittany Danielle Cook Kidd. She was the fiancée of Cordell Slone.

 

Destiny is survived by her Father- Paul Smith; Fiancé- Cordell Slone; Son- Zayden Alexander Slone; Brothers- Brayden Kidd and Bryson Kidd; Sisters- Maciegh Kidd and Kirsten Mullins (Peyton Slone); Special Coloring Cousin- Bailee Slone; Fur Baby- Myla; A host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends

Destiny was preceded in passing by her Mother- Brittany Danielle Cook Kidd; Special Mom- Christina Smith; Grandparents- Carolyn Dalton and Larry “Kato” Jacobs and Emma June Smith and Rudolph Smith. Destiny will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Funeral Service for Destiny La“Tessa” Smith will be 1PM, Sunday April 23, 2023, at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Ricky Smith, Gary Mullins and Leslie Shepherd officiating. Visitation will be 6PM-10PM Friday evening and all day on Saturday with services each evening at 7PM. Burial will follow at the Estill Smith Cemetery in Leburn, Kentucky.
