The Perry County Fiscal Court is reminding the public of Flood Debris Removal of debris from the July 2022 flood.

Officials are asking Perry County residents to contact the Perry County Fiscal Courthouse if they still need to remove flood debris from their personal property.

Documentation for qualification for removal is required. The documentation required is a short and simple “Right of Entry” form, documentation to verify ownership of property, and GPS coordinates of the location of the debris.

Applications for debris removal will be sent to Kentucky Emergency Management and will be forwarded to FEMA if approved.
