A man in Marion County was recently charged with Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.

The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 25 year old Josuha E. Miles on charges connected to unlawful distribution of inappropriate matter to a minor and use of electronic communication to seduce a minor.

Kentucky State Police opened an investigation into the matter after discovering the suspect had been sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

Kentucky State Police seized equipment that was allegedly used in the crime and delivered it to their forensic laboratory for examination.

Miles is being charged with 1 count of 1st offense distribution of obscene matter to minors and prohibited use of an electronic communication device to procure a minor. Miles was placed in the Marion County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing.
