Now an update from City of Pikeville:

City of Pikeville officials announced Hibbard Street will be closed at its intersection with Hambley Boulevard between 161 and 171 Hibbard Street from Thursday, May 11th until it reopens on Monday, May 15th. 

During the closure, all businesses along Hibbard Street can be accessed. Addresses from 101 to 161 Hibbard Street can be accessed from the College Street/Kilgore Lane Entrance to Hibbard Street and addresses from 171 to 207 Hibbard Street can be accessed from Baird Avenue/Pikeville Medical Center Pharmacy entrance to Hibbard Street.
