The City of Pikeville announced that High street and parts of Kentucky Avenue will be temporarily closed as the University of Pikeville is replacing Arminton Bridge,  a pedestrian bridge on Upike’s campus.

The closure will be during the entire duration of the construction project. During the project, Saad Avenue will allow two-way traffic but parking on the street is not permitted.
