The City of Paintsville announced that there will be a scheduled power outage tomorrow from 8am to 4pm on 2nd Street from Court Street to Church Street, Davis Street, Main Street from the High-Rise to the Paintsville Board of Education building.

Officials said that only the right side of Main Street will be affected. Officials also said they apologize for any inconvenience the power outage may cause.
