Hattie Rose Wells Branham, age 81, of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born July 18, 1941 to the late Chester Wells and Ernestine Wells. She was the wife of the late William D. Branham. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her Daughters: Lisa (Ed) Kimbler of Hager Hill, Kentucky and Tina (Steve) Blackburn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Brother: Ernest Richard Wells of Ohio; Sister: Sherry (Phillip) Tucker of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Adam Kimbler, Kassidy Blackburn and Jeri Stambaugh; Great Grandchildren: Kaleigh Stambaugh and Braedon Stambaugh. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Branham. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 4pm at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Prestonsburg, Kentucky (formerly Carter Funeral Home) with Rev. David Combs officiating.

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
