Russell Ousley, age 79 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023 at his residence. He was born July 25, 1943 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Henry & Bertha Stephens Ousley. He was the husband of the late Wanda Lafferty Ousley. He was a carpenter. He is survived by his Son & Daughter: Randy (Diana)Ousley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Missy (Steve) Patton of Richmond, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Miranda Ousley (Caleb) Stinnet, Bryan (Lova) Ousley & Courtney Patton (Trenton) Combs; Great Grandchildren: Shane Sexton, Caden Delpont, Brantley Delpont, Keelyn Stinnet & Kash Stinnet; Brother & Sister: Buddy Ousley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Lula Bell Morris of Missouri. Along with his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his Sons: Bryan Ousley & Mark Ousley; Grandson: Robert Sexton; Brother & Sister: William Joe Ousley & Ruby Shepherd. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will begin Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 at 2pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Ousley Family Cemetery, Jim Potter Branch, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
