Kentucky State Police Update:

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (June 20, 2023) – Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post was notified of a two-vehicle fatal collision in Floyd County at approximately 9:53 p.m. on June 19, 2023. The collision occurred on Kentucky Route 114 in the Prestonsburg community of Floyd County.

Upon arrival and through investigation, troopers discovered 25-year-old Randal Ousley of Prestonsburg was operating a 2003 Ford Ranger when his vehicle crossed the center line and collided with a 2005 Chrysler van, operated by 69-year-old Glenn Tuttle of Garrett. Tuttle was pronounced deceased on scene by the Floyd County Coroner’s Office. The investigation is ongoing by KSP Accident Reconstructionist, Detective Joshua Scott.

Detective Scott was assisted on scene by Kentucky State Police Post 9 personnel.
