A Floyd County man that was arrested on child porn charges is now facing even more time behind bars following a federal indictment.

25 year old Christopher Hall of Harold was arrested last year on 20 counts of child porn possession and one count of child porn distribution after he admitted he downloaded and distributed child porn images for money.

He was facing a maximum of 10 years in prison for those charges but is now facing a potential sentence of 15 to 30 years in prison following a recent federal indictment, which is charging Hall of coercing a underage girl to engage in sexual activity that he recorded.

Hall was placed in the Floyd County Detention Center where he is currently being held.
