The United States Department of Agriculture is offering an Emergency Watershed Protection Home Buyout Program to property owners in Breathitt, Knott, Letcher and Perry counties who were affected by the July 2022 floods.

Property owners who would like to sign-up for the program must bring a copy of deed and a PVA Map of Property. 

Perry County residents can sign-up at the Perry County Conservation District. Knott County residents can sign-up at the Knott County Fiscal Court, Letcher County residents at the Letcher County Courthouse and Breathitt County residents at the Breathitt County Courthouse.
